Quetzaltrekkers Xela is a non-profit tourism agency located in Xela (Quetzaltenango) that offers several incredible hikes. Their star tour is the Xela to Lake Atitlán hike, a 3-day adventure that takes you through the stunning landscapes and charming villages of the Guatemalan highlands. All profits from Quetzaltrekkers go to support Escuela de la Calle (EDELAC), a school in Xela that provides education to 180 children and offers a safe home to 20 children who live there full-time.
